It’s time to get serious. I’m fat. I’m out of shape. I can’t even run! Tomorrow is the beginning of my transition. Tomorrow I am going to begin my weight loss regiment.
I want to loose 50 pounds the right way. I plan to be on a strict 1300 calorie diet. My plans are to eliminate the amounts of sugars and alcohol in my diet. Realistically, I know that it is hard to turn away from all the temptation out there. Poor eating and lifestyle choices have made me this way. I can do it. This time around I’m not doing it alone. My cousin and I are going to do it! We have our gym memberships, and the only thing left is to discipline ourselves and get this shit poppin’! I always loved a challenge, so why not aim at something that is going to benefit my life? I’m determined. It’s going to be hard. I’m going to want to quit! It’ll be ok! I’ll be back with pictures and numbers to display my current weight and measurements.
